The MSCSC offers the following list of awards for the year 2007. They will be presented to the recipients at an awards banquet to be held in the Spring of 2008.

To the Miniature Schnauzer who wins the most Specialty Shows in the United States during the calendar year, minimum of two.

P8 * THE CHAMPION LEWIS'S MARK IN TIME AWARD
To the breeder/owner of the Miniature Schnauzer going Best of Breed or better who defeats the most dogs during the calendar year. To be retired when the same breeder/owner has won three times, not necessarily with the same Miniature Schnauzer, nor in consecutive years.

P9 THE WESTWIN NATURAL EARS AWARD
To the Miniature Schnauzer who finished with uncropped ears.

P10 THE HANSENHAUS BRED-BY EXHIBITOR AWARD
To the person(s) who bred, owned, conditioned, groomed and showed his/her/their (if co-owned) own dog to its Championship. Not to be retired.

P11 Evelyn Petty MEMBER OF MERIT ANNUAL AWARD
Members to nominate a WORTHY member, in "100 words or less." Nominations to be accepted throughout the year, and published in the newsletter, as received, and again two months prior to the Awards Dinner. At that time, nominations will close and the membership will be asked to vote, based on the merit(s), whether it is based on sportsmanship, effort beyond normal, unselfishness or whatever may be deemed to make this person a "MEMBER OF MERIT." A tie in votes to be broken by award sponsor. NOMINATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE NEWSLETTER PUBLISHER.

To the Miniature Schnauzer who has acquired the greatest amount of "Versatile Dog Titles" in the past year. Each dog must complete titles as follows: VCD1, VCD2,VCD3,VCD4 (the component titles can be received in a different year).
